Providing high quality care is about more than just managing medications and taking care of daily necessities. From how we present ourselves to how we speak with the community to the examples that we set for our clients in the home, professional conduct is integral to excellence in care.
LifePulse Professionals offers an array of training in this area -- classes that can be customized to serve the needs of your business or to address concerns in your homes. Over the summer, this blog will highlight some of the basics of professional conduct and communications with clients. We'll cover topics like appropriate dress and hygiene, verbal and non-verbal communications, telephone etiquette, client sensitivity, problem solving, chain of command, conflict resolution, documentation, boundaries, and ethical relationships with clients.
